How much time does it takes to be delivered?
All orders will be delivered in a maximum period of 15 working days.
I wish to offer a pair of jeans. Is it possible to have no invoice or price mentioned in the package?
When ordering, select the gift option. The package will be then sent with no invoice.
I live in South Africa. Could I be delivered ?
DMJ delivers your package wherever you are in the world.
Is there a restriction or limit on the size of jeans?
The DMJ jeans are tailor made and can be manufactured for any size you want.
How do i take my measurements?
Do no hesitate to check our measurments guide.
If the jeans that I received does not correspond to the measurements or the options that I asked? What can I do?
Contact us through our contact form to give us details about what bothers you.
You will then have two options:
- Request another pair of jeans
- Ask for reimbursement
Can I track my package before the delivery?
On your account you can check at any time whether your jeans are still in production or being delivered. Just go to "follow my orders" in your account. If your order is being delivered you can do the tracking on the website of our partner UPS Logistics with a product number that will be sent by mail.
