DoMyJeans jeans means satisfaction guaranteed or money returned in 15 days. Upon receipt of your order, you have 15 days to decide whether to return your order or not. Get in touch with us via our contact form and we will provide assistance for anything you need.

Want to be reimbursed?

DoMyJeans will repay you the full amount paid on your bank account or via PayPal. Upon receipt of your final confirmation, we will reimburse and agree on the date for returning the jeans.

You want to change an item?

If your product does not match the one you ordered, DoMyJeans offers the possibility of exchange. We invite you to get in touch and issue your request to exchange the item.

Upon receipt of your final confirmation, we will choose the product to be shipped and agree on a date for return of the jeans.
